Excuse me, but your comment is a little confusing. I hope you don't mind if I reiterate your comment, just to make sure I'm understanding you correctly.

"My first argument is that all men are created equal, as in I am equal to a straight boy. So why does he get the right to the woman of his dreams and yet I don't? The constitution gives me the freedom not to be a Christian, and likewise I have the freedom to live my life the way I want. And lastly, it's my vagina and I will do what I want with it." - hermafrodite (paraphrased and reiterated by me)

I'm just start by saying that I'm not sure where you were going with this comment, so I hope you will enlighten me. Anyway, I'll respond to each point you make one at a time.

First, of course everyone is created equal, you, me, and a "straight boy", as you put it. It would be arrogant to think otherwise. Although I can agree that there are a lot of people in this world who would argue that they are superior, it would again just be their arrogance and out of control ego.

Second, I don't agree with your belief that someone has the right to someone. That sounds more so like you're condoning the thought that a man can own a woman, and vise versa. Or even that they deserve to belong to someone. To put it simply, no one has the right to somebody else. The wonderful thing about America (in the midst of all the bad) is that we can decide who to love, and our relationships are based off of mutual affection, not what our parents want, or our government, or our peers.

Then to your point that brings up religious freedom in the constitution. I'm guessing what you were trying to say was that not only do we have freedom of religion, we also have freedom from religion. Meaning we can't be punished because we don't believe a certain thing, and we don't have to be force fed religious indoctrination. So I'm guessing you're saying that you can live the way you want, and that people shouldn't base their decisions and opinions based on their religion. If that's where you were going with that, I fully agree with you.

And of course, I fully agree with your last point. I believe that women should have complete control over their bodies, and that the "War on Women" shouldn't even be an issue in this day and age. As someone who is pro-choice, I believe that it's a good thing that women are breaking free from the forcibly silent role of wives and mothers, and becoming the strong, independent "bread-winners" that you can see today. With that, I also agree that a woman's reproductive rights should solely belong with her, and not a panel of conservative men; along with such would be easy access to rape and crisis centers, abortion clinics, affordable birth-control and health care.

So, although your comment was worded a little odd, overall I get your point. Love is love, and it should be free. ♥
